We came for lunch in Ergon and tried greek food made in a delicate modern way..We had grilled mastelo cheese from Chios with pumpkin & mastiha marmelade, cheese pies and pastries filled with pastrouma. We also had the kontosouvli (pork tenderloin on a skewer with amazing chips..) and as a dessert we had the greek coffee cheesecake (what a combination).
Every single choice was a unique experience & definetely a good representation of what authentic and refined greek cuisine is. Definitely recommended!!
